The Project is to design a two residential bungalow with a 375 Sq.mt. of the common garden for two brothers associated with real estate business. There are three plots, from which 1 central plot left open and developed as common garden.   We proposed the simple cubical massing with a central courtyard which opens to the sky. All the living spaces are on first floor and second floor. The Central garden plot is also raised.
